PAGANI STUDIO is a high end lighting design and manufacturing studio located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. We design, fabricate, and assemble fine fixtures in a small team setting.
We are looking for a Shop Assistant who is friendly, a good team player, and who values fine craftsmanship. You should have a desire to gain hands-on experience in a small shop setting.
You will gain experience in mechanical/ electrical assembly, light-duty metal finishing, packaging delicate fixtures, and other shop tasks. You may be asked to take part in studio maintenance and organization (i.e. stocking inventory, assisting in receiving, setting up for client meetings).
If you already have experience in these areas, that is a plus. A background or interest in woodwork and/or metalwork is advantageous.
This is a good position for a recent graduate or someone interested in gaining experience in a small shop setting.
